How long does a custom home take to build?

Most custom homes take 10–14 months from permit to possession. Larger or more complex builds may take 16–18 months. We'll give you a detailed schedule during the design phase.

Do you build on my lot or your lots?

Both. We build on client-owned lots throughout Alberta. We can also help you find and assess land through our network of real estate partners.

What does 'fixed-price contract' mean?

It means the price we quote is the price you pay. We absorb cost overruns — you won't see surprise invoices or change-order markups.

Can I make changes during construction?

Yes, within reason. We have a structured change-order process that shows you cost and schedule impact before you approve. Most clients find the upfront design process so thorough that very few changes are needed.

What warranty coverage do I get?

All Apex homes come with a 1-year full deficiency warranty, 2-year major systems warranty, and 10-year structural warranty backed by a national warranty provider.
