Overview
One accountable team for schedule, budget, quality and safety.
Apex acts as construction manager on our own developments and on third-party projects across Western Canada. We coordinate procurement, trade contractors, schedules, quality control, health and safety, and the budget — under one contract and one reporting standard.
Because we carry the project from feasibility and design, there is no bidding-round translation loss. The estimate our construction team is measured against is the estimate our planning team produced, and the drawings were reviewed by the people who have to build them.
Owners receive weekly cost and schedule reporting drawn directly from site records: certified progress, open RFIs, submittal status, inspection results, safety observations and photographic evidence.
